There is no PHP version of FuseBuilder. I do plan on porting it one day, but not until I'm completely satisfied with FuseBuilder for CFML.
In the meantime, FuseBuilder 1.3 and FuseBuilder 4.1 Edition have been tested and verified to work correctly on New Atlanta's free BlueDragon server (http://www.newatlanta.com), which is available for several platforms and can run in partnership with Apache2 or as a standalone server.
In fact, BlueDragon has worked so successfully in the 'LAMP' arena that it's actually given rise to a new configuration that the New Atlanta people are terming 'LAMBDA'.
